Return and Delivery
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from www.mfmboutique.co.uk.However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days
If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us.
Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at MFM Boutique, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to open box or damaged item in your home.
What is the best way for me to return my items to you?
We always advise our customers to use some form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery. The majority of items are returned to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.

We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery company.
If your order is placed before 1 pm on working day we guarantee 5-10 working days delivery if you are within UK mainland.
We will charge you £2.99 flat rate for your delivery.
Before your delivery date we will contact you with confirmation by phone or/and e-mail.
What happens if the person is not at home when the items are delivered ?
This does happen from time to time and, when it does, our delivery agents follow a fail-safe procedure. If there's nobody home, they will leave a card to say they called, inviting the recipient to contact them and arrange a convenient time for delivery or collection. That way, the items can be kept in ideal conditions and still be at their best when they are finally delivered
It also avoids loss or damage by neighbours who are sick with jealousy at the thought of you receiving such amazing items from us !
